we want all to lose weight , but what are the best practices to succeed :
- Drinking water: a little close to 3 litters per day.
- Walking 30 minutes a day : jogging -> must sweat.
- Balanced diet : vegetables , fruit, chicken or fish , but no fat .
- Sleeping early and reviller early ca allows your body to rest and not to provide toxics .
- Finally , do sports to keep the body flexible and neat.
