lose weight!

hello,
we want all to lose weight , but what are the best practices to succeed :





  1. Drinking water: a little close to 3 litters per day.
  2. Walking 30 minutes a day : jogging -> must sweat.
  3. Balanced diet : vegetables , fruit, chicken or fish , but no fat .
  4. Sleeping early and reviller early ca allows your body to rest and not to provide toxics .
  5. Finally , do sports to keep the body flexible and neat.
